What we collect
We collect only the information you provide directly: name, email address, and organization details. We do not collect payment information (we have no paid tiers). We use basic analytics (page views, referral sources) to understand how the product is used.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to operate Onboardly: manage your account, send transactional emails (invites, notifications), and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on encrypted servers within the EU. All connections use TLS 1.2+. We retain your data for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is erased within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use SMTP providers to send emails and object storage (S3-compatible) to store uploaded documents. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to protect it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by emailing hello@onboardly.app. Under GDPR, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date.
