Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Service provided as-is
Onboardlyis provided free of charge on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or data integrity. You use the service at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Onboardly for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Electronic signatures
Onboardly supports simple electronic signatures. When you sign a document you consent, under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU eIDAS “simple electronic signature” tier, to the use of electronic records and signatures. Each signature records your identity, a UTC timestamp, your IP address, and a cryptographic hash of the signed version, retained in a tamper-evident audit log as evidence of intent. Onboardlydoes not provide “advanced” or “qualified” (certificate-based) signatures. A public verification link lets anyone confirm a signature’s authenticity without exposing document contents.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for prolonged inactivity. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page or by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onboardly and its sponsors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
